El Tecnológico de Monterrey is a multicultural university with 60% of its students coming from different states of the country, Central America, and South America. This allows students to live in an environment with diverse points of view, greatly enriching their educational experience.

Why does El Tecnológico de Monterrey attract so many foreign students? Besides offering excellence in education, and well equipped educational and recreational facilities, there are many student groups that engage in a variety of activities, giving you the chance of knowing new people and become part of a unique international community. Also, this institution is located in Mexico, a country that offers learning opportunities beyond the classroom with an exciting culture, beautiful natural sites, archeological centers and unique cuisine.

There are several places where you can see the trace of the incredible pre-Hispanic civilizations that helped build Mexico. Well preserved sites, with majestic buildings such as Chichén-Itzá, a Mayan city where you can see a unique phenomenon: the descent of the shadow of a serpent through the steps of the great pyramid of Kukulkan. The archaeological centers of Teotihuacán, El Tajín and Monte Albán are other impressive sites of the many located in Mexico.
