Javier M. Antelis, Ph.D.

Javier M. Antelis graduated in Electronics Engineering from Francisco de Paula Santander University, Cucuta, Colombia. He obtained a M.Sc. degree in Electronic Systems from Technologic of Monterrey, Mexico, and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Zaragoza, Spain.  He is member of the Robotics research group at Technologic of Monterrey and he leads the neurotechnology and brain-computer interface research lab (NTLab) where the aim is to study and understand the brain electrical activity and the electrophysiological responses in order to develop novel solutions for both, people with reduced mobility and communication, and for emerging technologies.
